Alister Adams
is President of Saatchi & Saatchi Canada and a 24-year Publicis Groupe veteran. A leading force in digital transformation, he built one of Canada’s largest digital teams and relaunched Razorfish in Canada. Alister has shaped strategies for top brands like Toyota, Walmart, P&G, and Sephora. A frequent speaker and experienced juror, he blends creativity, innovation, and data to drive impact. His deep commitment to marketing excellence makes him a powerful voice on the ECHO Board.

Barbara Sousa
as the Coordinator for ECHO Latam since 2017, Barbara has been a key author of its success. Beyond that, she expertly organizes several other awards through Editorial Dossier, a media company that has been publishing leading marketing content for over 40 years. Editorial Dossier also orchestrates Argentina's most prestigious and recognized advertising industry awards: the Lápiz de Oro and Lápiz de Platino, along with the ultimate honor for communication excellence, the Premio Jerry Goldenberg, in addition to ECHO Latam. She is, without a doubt, a major player in recognizing creativity, strategy, and effectiveness.

David Steifman
is co-founder of Energize Marketing, a leading B2B media and award-winning demand generation provider working with the world’s top tech brands. With deep expertise in the IT and cybersecurity media landscape, he oversees a network of digital media brands including TechChannels™ that continue to redefine account-based marketing through content syndication, webinars, research, content marketing, and virtual events. David brings a strategic focus to helping marketers drive measurable growth and elevate data-driven marketing in a new technological era, and looks forward to recognizing the next wave of talent through the ECHO Board.

David Whittaker
brings deep expertise in data-driven, digital, and integrated marketing, with a strong track record delivering ROI-focused strategies for major blue-chip brands. As Partner at Marketdata, the Data & Analytics hub of the VML Group, he’s known for seamlessly integrating analytics with creative communications and leading diverse, high-performing teams. A frequent event speaker and valued industry voice, David adds both strategic depth and creative insight to the ECHO Board. Outside of work, he’s a voiceover artist, aspiring sailor, devoted husband, and proud father of two.

Ethan September
leads the event and social strategy for the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and event management, he has successfully delivered impactful industry events and campaigns that engage diverse audiences and elevate brand visibility. Known for his ability to foster meaningful connections and drive audience engagement, Ethan combines a strong understanding of awards platforms, market dynamics with a passion for innovation. As a member of the ECHO Board, he contributes his expertise to advancing the marketing industry, strengthening professional communities, and shaping the future of creative connection.

Dr. James "Jackson" Barrett
is the CEO of Certatude Solutions, specializing in data-driven business optimization. With deep expertise in consumer analytics, behavioral targeting, and Artificial Intelligence, he’s helped major brands—from financial services to tech—boost ROI and sharpen direct marketing strategies. His work has driven a 27% lift in marketing ROI by applying advanced modeling and segmentation. A leader in decision support systems, James brings invaluable insight into how data and strategy intersect to shape smarter, more effective marketing.

Una Faller-McCauley
is a seasoned digital marketing leader specializing in email and mobile strategy. As Senior Manager at Hilton, she has driven impactful, data-informed campaigns that prioritize accessibility and user experience. A recognized voice in the industry, Una has contributed to thought leadership panels and serves on the ANA’s Email Excellence Center Committee. Her commitment to ethical, inclusive marketing and her expertise in customer engagement make her a valuable addition to the ECHO Board.

Vatsal Asher
brings decades of leadership across marketing, data, and digital innovation, having led DMA India and championed global standards in data privacy and customer engagement. A strategist at heart and community builder by nature, he bridges the worlds of performance marketing and purpose.
